"The hotel is in a good location in Ventnor with easy access to the local amenities. The gardens are stunning and there was a good selection of food available at breakfast. Our only complaint was the shower as it was very low pressure. The hotel were very accommodating with our last minute booking and were able to store our bicycles for us overnight."

"We spent one night in the cottage. It is situated in the middle of nowhere and actually quite difficult to find if you arrive after dark. The cottage and the Farm looks nice from outside but it was very disappointing. The room was dirty, we could barely see anything through the windows and a bathroom was far away from clean. The best part happened in the morning. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast in the evening before but the next day there was no breakfast, there was nobody to talk to...

"Hotel appears to be in Portsmouth on Hotels.com, what they don’t make clear is that the property is on the isle of wight meaning you would have to pay £70+ for a ferry. The property was advertised with free cancellation however when trying to cancel they charged us £60!!"
