"This is a modern property for Venetian standards. The location was very difficult to navigate from the main train station. We had to walk 20 minutes in heat with cases. Easier if you are coming from the airport in a water taxi which will take you close."

"We loved our stay. Far away from tourism and busy areas. We had the junior suite. The room was clean and my favorite part was the breakfast basket with croissants and juice/cafe. There’s no elevator and you go a flight of short stairs so make sure you can carry your luggage. We came in on a private water taxi from the airport but left walking to the train station and it was about 10-12 minutes walking there with two carry on bags."

"The location is beyond perfect, close to San Marco Square, overlooking a channel with continuous gondolas traffic. This is a remotely operated apartment, not a hotel, no reception desk, but everything works flawlessly, The room itself was very spacious and could accommodate 3 (with a sofa bed), the bathroom could benefit from a renovation."

"Hotel is nice, if a little worn around the edges - our toilet seat was partly broken, we had only one working plug socket and one window lock was broken. Saying that it is in a good location, the bed was comfortable, the staff were nice and it was great fun watching the traffic on the canal out of our window!"
