I booked before reading the reviews. The room was clean, water was hot, no smells that I could notice, and the staff were very friendly and courteous. They allowed us to drop our car before noon as we were heading downtown. They had our keys etc ready when we got back @ 2AM and checked is in quickly. The were no crazy noises our loud people and felt safe in the area. The only reason for 4 stars was the lack of an elevator and the room was a bit dated. Overall I was quite pleased with the experience.
