Hello, Prior to coming for the night, I read reviews from previous patrons. As you can see in the comments the reviews are not favourable. We went anyways and well we should have listened. The play area is adequate but if you came on a busy weekend you would be climbing over each other. The pool area is sad as the slides are not open and the pool is not warm. There was a considerable leak coming from the ceiling which left the carpet in the play area soaked. There was no buckets to catch the water just soaking carpets. I would like to know how much mold is growing from previous wet days. If you are a home owner it’s better to keep your money and put it into something at home. This was a waste of 220 $. Don’t go it’s a waste of money.

The building is run down, the roof was leaking into the atrium and there were buckets collecting the water… the floor was never vacuumed and was very dirty due to high traffic.. the equipment for the badminton were broken, basketballs deflated…game machines had no prizes available and the water slides were closed.. very loud on playground at 1145pm no one controlling the noise level

The First Lady at the desk (Madi) she was absolutely AMAZING!! Nicest girl ever. Then next lady unsure of her name, was not friendly or accommodating at all. Overall, the stay was awesome but the carpets in the rooms need to go. Needs a little bit of updating for the price.

No one is managing this place. People drinking booze everywher, including in the pool. Big messes everywhere in the funzone. Have to keep asking for the hot water, coffee,etc. Nothing is being monitored. Kids running up and down the halls being very noisey. Pool slides closed for no good reasons. This place has huge potential, huge potential. But the management is very lacking. Need better trained management I paid good money and am getting half the value. I want to like it, but am disappointed

I didn’t know what to expect as I did t have much time to research the property. I was however, very happy with the results., friendly, helpful staff at check in, bright clean common areas and my room was comfortable and clean.

I didn't like that to access my room from the lobby by walking to other side of building and then there isn't even an elevator. We had to carry our luggage up 3 flights. Also , the room had no natural light from outside windows because it was facing the Recreational area. I would Definitely not stay again.
