"This place was not kid friendly at all. They had balloons and dirty decor from the previous nights booking where little toddlers are able to pick things up and put it in there mouth. There was hair on the “freshly cleaned” towels. There was pink frosting on a blanket in room 5. There was a tremendous amount of snow and there was no salt spreaded by the owners. "This place was advertised as a house for rent. What it was, was a run down apartment building that was vacant. Upon arrival, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to be in a particular one of the units or not. It was very disconcerting not knowing if I would be walking into someone’s living space. However, I went into unit one to find it empty and clean. I called the property owner and was told the entire building was at my disposal. That was the end of the positive experience. "No one showed up to let us in. No one sent us a code for the door. No one warned us we were going to be ghosted, and I even contact Expedia twice about this before we left, no one got back to me. I see this listing is still on, but "sold out". It should be removed."

" Cute decor and cute design but there was open access to a scary/unsafe basement that we couldn't lock as well as the neighborhood being in a sketchy area. We were two women traveling alone and decided to move to another hotel."

"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help.
