"We love the Beacon for its proximity to our old neighborhood, friends and family, Central Park and Lincoln Center. This trip was extra special because the staff, always very lovely, fussed over my husband for a milestone birthday. It meant so much to both of us. Our room was so quiet and comfortable that we both slept late, something that never happens at home. I’m jet lagged and don’t have the names in front of me of the fabulous desk manager and the young man who helped with our bags, but they were really terrific."
