The hotel had a lovely laid back Amsterdam vibe while making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. we were upgraded to a suite and it was roomy, so comfortable and smelled so good- we bought two of the candles for home! The ladies at the front desk were always ready to help with recommendations for dining and activities... Will definitely choose a Pillows hotel for future European travel!! "

"its was near from the red area but it was on me, room was clean but not cleaned (i guess because we stayed for 2 nights only), recepcionist was gentle and helpful, would be back but with no childrens.."

"A quick 20 minute train ride from Amsterdam Centraal and a quick 10 minute walk to and from the Zaandam train station from the hotel. Good are with lots of places to eat, shop, and enjoy the scenery. The bed in the hotel was awesome and the room had everything I could need. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for a great stay!"
