For the same price there are many other places I could have parked my vehicle for a trip out of SeaTac AND stayed. I get the feeling that this place stays open thanks to the homelessness crisis in Washington State. It was more like a homeless shelter than a "luxury" place to rest as advertised. The crowd that stayed here was incredibly high and sketchy. Never again."

"No breakfast included, 15 dollar a day for pay for parking, inconvenient bar hours and restrooms are not so kid friendly. Overall good hotel "

"Staff was friendly and helpful, there was no hot tub but the pool was nice! Guest laundry room and complimentary breakfast "

"The property was cleaned, but the elevators did not work correctly so they had one elevator working for eight floors and a lot of people so the weights were very very long. The pool was not working and they did not mention that until after we booked in and that was our main reason for staying there so we are very disappointed in the hot tub was out of order, and again this was not mentioned till after the fact "

But the only complaint is there is not enough electrical outlets to plug up your devices especially if there are two persons with multiple devices ( iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad etc). Desk personnel was very helpful with all the information that needed to be relayed. "
