Taj Cape Town

"Really convenient hotel in the heart of Cape Town, opposite St. George's Cathedral. The front of the hotel has limited parking options, so,c one has to valet for about $15 day. Beautiful lobby. Staff were super friendly. Laundry service was reliable. Their breakfast buffet was luxurious. We stayed for their high tea - yummy and wonderful selection of teas, like ROOIBOS. We had a great view of the mountain. I miscalculated by booking, and they were kind enough to extend out stay. They have a concierge that organizes everything - like helicopter trips. Good deal. Lovely rooms."

"By far the most thought out place I’ve been to for a stay. Artfully thought out hotel and amazing staff and experience, well worth it for the reasonable price point. Loved the art, cleanliness, room layout, views, location, people, and excellent coffee too."

"Of course. I’d make We stayed at Auberge Guest House while supporting the England U18 Rugby Tour, and overall we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay. The absolute stars of Auberge are Chanel and Sister. They genuinely deserve a pay rise to reflect the brilliant work they do! You really could not ask for better housekeepers. They were warm, helpful and attentive throughout our stay, and their knowledge of the local area was invaluable. Whether we needed recommendations for restaurants, wines or places to visit, they were always happy to help and gave excellent suggestions. The view from the guest house is simply breathtaking – almost surreal. Waking up to that scenery was one of the highlights of our stay. The surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing, making it a lovely place to unwind. There are, however, a couple of areas that I feel could be improved. The drive up to the property is definitely not for the faint-hearted! The road/driveway would benefit greatly from resurfacing, particularly to improve tyre grip and make the approach feel safer. Breakfast was pleasant, but after staying for several days, we found it became a little monotonous. A wider variety of choices from day to day would make a noticeable difference, particularly for guests staying longer. Overall, Auberge is a beautiful place in a stunning set."

"Amazing stay. The villa was beautiful, clean, and the views were incredible. Nada and the staff were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Cape Town was an unforgettable experience and we are already looking forward to coming back. We would definitely recommend staying here."
