Perfect location in an area full of small independent shops, galleries and restaurants, but no more than fifteen minutes walk from most of the major sights. Small luxury hotel with a family feel, really welcoming staff and beautiful decor. Excellent breakfast. One small complaint: the personal wine cellar was lovely but we could have done with tea/coffee making facilities in our suite!

The Hotel had a nice cosy feel to it. There was not much help with the baggage though & as we had a loft room some of us (older people)found it difficult to carry the cases as there were a few steps & no lifts.The breakfast was of very good quality & the rooms were really nice. People were helpful. However there was a book of things we should not do for example it was strictly forbidden to use the fridge (mini bar)for personal use. Two nights in Rome. Great location and facilities. V friendly and helpful staff. Nice touches in room such as coffee maker and free water/ juice; also take-away breakfast from cafe next door. Tram stops close by and 5 mins walk from key sights in Trastevere; 25 from Vatican and Pantheon. Certainly stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully finished, with fresh, modern and contemporary décor. It had everything you would expect from a well-equipped apartment, including lovely toiletries and all the usual amenities you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners Stefano and Fabrizio made us feel very welcome and they were both extremely helpful. Our room was lovely and the view over Rome from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. Trastevere is a fantastic area to stay in with a great choice of restaurants. We would definitely recommend both the area and the hotel.

Fantastic hotel in great central location to explore Rome. V quiet location just off a Main Street. The service even before we arrived was fantastic Providing us with top tips on where to eat and details about the hotel. Great breakfast with wide choice and enough to your room everyday. The drinks and snacks from 6.39-8pm was an added bonus. Overall, I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Rome.

Excellent location, generally quiet, efficient aircon, high quality fittings and bedding, enjoyed the roof terrace. A good base for exploring Rome.

I booked the solo room as a base to explore the city and was expecting a basic room but was pleasantly surprised by the size and also the attention to detail int he decor. It was a beautiful room and very comfortable. I was visiting in August when a lot is closed and also got great recommendations from the staff. I would 100% recommend this hotel as a base for your Roman holiday

We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 children aged 11 and 14. The delux family room had 2 rooms & 2 bathrooms within the same suite, suited us very well. Great roof top terrace for evening drinks. Very central location. Recently refurbished, so rooms and facilities were fresh and always clean.

From the start the staff are very friendly! They made an effort to remember your room number after recognising you. I liked that they ask you to hand in your room key when you go out. Saves you losing it. The room was very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The blackout curtains worked a treat. The bathroom was huge and every amenities you could need was available. Great area for food lovers. We walked everywhere great restaurants. Hotel very good, clean large bedroom quiet at night outside. Fab shower and toileteries. Staff very helpful and friendly. Slow checkin but no fault of the one receptionist who was trying to answer calls, compensated for the wait! Rooftop bar brill but too cold on our visit. Bars within a couple of minutes walk. Much of this area seemed to be over run with graffiti which does make it look a little run down, but it’s the same...

The location is absolutely perfect and a view that is incredible. A really small hotel but wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I next visit Rome. The staff were great too.

Last minute 4 night getaway as the beginning of December as the Christmas market was setting up in the piazza - very atmospheric, but still 20 degrees on one day. Great location (just off one of the main piazzas in Rome, with wonderful fountains), 10 mins walk from the Pantheon, and about 15 from the Trevi Fountain, all through delightful narrow streets and small squares.
