"The property should have been renovated about 20 or 30 years ago. Minimal furniture. Minimal hangers. No luggage racks for luggage. Old and sometimes beat up furniture. Poor shower head. Questionable wash cloths. Minimal kitchen utensils and silverware. No chair to sit in upstairs."

"Clean room, quiet area, very convenient location. Check in process was a little odd, staff were okay. Front desk staff are only available until 10pm after that, you have to call a neighbor hotel for assistance. Water park was nice and very convenient but there is an additional charge. View from balcony was amazing. Room was very spacious and clean. Parking was easy until the garage was full and then you had to park on the street. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. "

"Would definitely stay again. Clean, old style Florida with friendly staff. Clean spotless room no funky odours, comfy sleep, maybe fluffier pillows… clean bathroom a little tight but it worked for two people. Maybe provide some coffee for first night stay, small kitchenette also spotless. Pool area super clean, towels chairs and chairs for the beach across the street.
