"So I paid to upgrade to the queen room with balcony. Check in was smooth and easy but they don’t really have anywhere to park while you check in. The room was clean. The fridge was unplugged and smelled very sour. It took two people to open the patio door which was incredibly dirty with one chair I would not sit on. The patio door did not lock and could not reach the front desk by phone Went down in person and will say they were prompt to send maintenance however the latch had slipped to the floor and they did not address the fact that it does not slide. When we opened the door later in the evening, still took two people and latch slid back down to the bottom so again the door had no latch therefore would not lock!!! Slept with the chairs in the room pushed up to the door. Checked out in person but still have not received my 250 deposit reversed on my credit card as of Tuesday evening. I will never return to this hotel"
