"The room was basic clean The floors could be cleaned better the corners and edges filled with sand and dirt. Baseboards covered in dust. BEDS- are dead!! We had to turn our mattresses as when we sat in our bed it sank right down, both beds and we had the suit room! "

"Parking is always full they make you park a block away and its expensive cost me 78$ for 24 hrs was insane. Restaurants steak was terrible and the sides too. Staff were nice tho. Wont return "

"Suite was clean, roomy and comfortable. All staff were professional and helpful. Great location. Breakfast was lackluster, but it was included in our rate so can't complain. The outside could do with updating but who really cares? Convenient and secure parking"

"The hotel was great, easy check in, clean and well light. Breakfast was good. Only two complaints was the parking garage elevator didn’t work so you would have to scale the stairs with your luggage if you didn’t find a lower spot. As well as the hotel rooms heating/cooling unit when turning on was insanely loud and rattled very hard for a bit. But otherwise would stay again for sure! Also, if you’re a plane lover, the rooms higher up on the southwest facing side have a solid view of runways 24 L & R, as well as cargo gates and the parked Antonov 124. "

"Part of the problem was that I wasn't aware that it would be March break in Ontario when I booked this hotel, so that was my fault. Usually the breaks don't match up to where we are coming from. But the hotel was BANANAS. My kids were really looking forward to the pool/waterslide but during the 2 nights we stayed, we were only able to sign into the pool for 50 mins (at 10pm!) once and it was so crowded that it wasn't enjoyable. The hot tub was full of toddlers (like 8-10 at a time) even at that late hour. The room was a decent size and clean enough, but the cold water tap in the bathroom didn't work, the kettle didn't work, the shower was extremely difficult to control (to the point of scorching) and the balcony (inaccessible) was COVERED in cigarette butts. It was truly disappointing. There weren't enough pillows for all 4 of us. I feel like (possibly) some of the room have been renovated recently and we may have been sent to the old, unrenovated part that isn't used unless the hotel is very full? I'm not really sure, but I would say that if you are looking for a hotel in this price range and neighbourhood, go stay at the Holiday Inn next to Maple Leaf Gardens, it has a better pool anyway (no waterslide, though.) "

"Had to turn up the heat, but it warmed quickly when fan out to hi, breakfast was amazing and a great amenitie to have as it was quite cold outside. Underground Parking was literally across the side street. Staff was helpful."
