We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd February before a flight back to the UK the next day. We booked 2 twin rooms as we are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 6 and 11, with the plan that each parent would share with one child if no adjoining rooms were available. The lady on reception who checked us in was lovely and upgraded us to a duplex 2 bedroom suite, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful and her English was very good too, she is a credit to the hotel. We liked everything. Great for overnighting before next day flight. Breakfast was particularly good and catered for all tastes.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean, very spacious room. There was a free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. The hotel is not near any shops or stations but their restaurant where we ate in the evening did not disappoint. We were only there 1 night. The breakfast was excellent, there was something there for everyone fruit, cereals hot and cold food and beverages. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. There was a laundry room

The location is amazing, hotel is very unique and contains all you’d need - razors toothbrush slippers everything! The staff are amazing and so kind helpful with everything! We would stay again 100% as a family of 3 and really wish a special thanks to the hosts!

Big hotel with staff who couldn’t do more to accommodate us. note: short taxi ride to T2.

Clean room with a great view. Pool was great.

Excellent stay at the Nuo Hotel Beijing. It was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very modern, very clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the rooms is very high and the restaurant is very good. We will stay again if we go to Beijing.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Breakfast ok if you go early.

Great hotel

Staff were outstanding, rooms were great, there was some construction noise on one side of the hotel, but they quickly moved me to the quieter side.

Ok

Very nice location, larger room and newer than the average 5 star hotel in this central area. Will stay again

The hotel was amazing and so was the buffet there were so many nice options for food.the pool was a bit to shallow but overall it was really good.the shower was a bit confusing.

Just back from the Prime hotel Beijing and what an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from at 4/5 star hotel, the hotel was very close to the main shopping street - Wangfujing street and a tube stoop is just over the road. The onsite restaurant was very nice, it’s Vietnamese and was reasonably priced. The lobby bar was welcoming and the beer selection ok - tip: try the cake just outside the lobby bar. Overall a really great stay.
