"Everything was excellent except the room servicing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food and meal service was v good. The only disappointments were the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The room needed vacuuming and the loo and shower needed a good clean. Also, cups, glasses and tea hadn’t been replenished. Oh, and when we returned from sightseeing on Sat evening we couldn’t get a space in the carpark as it was full of pub visitors. Would be good if they had spaces reserved for people staying in their rooms."

"Great location for exploring Burford. Hotel rooms are lovely but some areas a little tired. Unfortunately we had slightly louder guests above our room and footsteps/talking can be heard pretty clearly. Other than that the food was lovely in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and staff very friendly and welcoming. "
