Great place to stay in a very chaotic city

Lovely hotel - really friendly staff, variety breakfast selection, excellent spa and very convenient being next door to the shopping centre.

Very handy to add from the airport.

The Lex hotel was much more than expected. All staff polite, friendly and helpful. Lovely welcome drink which was much appreciated after an 18 hr flight. Room a good size, with a massive bed, tea, coffee, etc and a fantastic shower. Lovely roof top bar and pool. Food - breakfast a reasonable price £9. Buffet with wide selection. Lovely ambience. We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton which was a lovely treat before flying back home. My partner and I had an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied and outstanding quality. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We both made use of the spa for a massage which was so good and the staff in the spa were also amazing.

No major issues. Great resort overall - I can even say that it is the best resort in Cebu. Some of the amenities need refresh (I understand that is in progress). My recommendation is that this resort tries to do more to be child friendly e.g. add water slides etc.

Honestly couldnt have asked for a better hotel.

We chose the Dusit based on the reputation and we were not dissapointed. We had been traveling around the south of Cebu and needed somewhere for an overnight stay before our flight, but I wish we had stayed longer.
