"Property may not be as good but still ok"

"It’s a beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay . Very accommodating host . Only thing Wi-Fi issues but no biggie . "

"The room needs maintenance and thorough cleaning. Kitchen sink drain plugged. Shower curtain rod is broken. Taps need outlet cleaning. Bedding was very old not of goid quality. Had issues with ants and bed bugs in the unit. Air conditioner filter was so dirty the unit alarmed. I cleaned it myself. Walls require repair patching, and painting. Elevators were in constant repair mode for one reason or another. Overall, this particular rental, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed in this rental....

"I just had a perfect gateway at Super Cebu Loft. You have everything you need it feels like you've never left home. It's indeed "home away from home" The location is also very convenient. It's at the heart of the City"

"Rough beginning. Outside issues landing. But afterwards. I recommend it. And plan on staying again and possibly renting once moving here."
