The place is cleaned and well equipped especially for us that we like to cook and eat in the condo to save. The guards are very friendly and the management are very accommodating. "Towels were in meager supply, only half of should be needed for this double room. No restaurant or nearby food options if checking in late, but the room was clean and adequate. We needed just a few hours rest, after our late night flight arrival and the next morning ferry. A very convenient walk to the ferry dock. "

"Room and decor were very nice, everything worked well, and the kitchen was easy to cook in. The host is excellent and helpful with any issues. We will come back again, and recommend it to others The shower does need a shower curtain to stop the water damage to the wooden bathroom door. "

"Excellent location. 15 mins walk to Ayala; P100 taxi from SM City/Airport Bus terminal; P80 from pier 1. Room is enough for 2-3 large luggages with walking area. Value for money. "

"The pictures were totally different than the actual condo. The electric kettle handle was broken and I had to hold with a towel to pour hot water. It looks like they started to update but didn't continue. The condo we are in now (same building) is MUCH better for the same price."

"Not so good. No internet, rooms were much smaller than expected. If you come to the wonderful town of Ormoc, stay elsewhere. There are wonderful hotels everywhere, this is not one of them."
