"Hotel is neat and clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome. There were few snacks packets in the tray in the room and we happily took while checking out but at the counter they said they all are chargeable and they took money from us for all the packets in-spite paying 11k for the room, so that was funny part. :) But overall nice hotel and nearby to madurai airport. Enjoyed our stay. Our driver lost his box from top of the car while he was asleep in drivers room, not sure about outside safety. They assured us to check all cameras and help driver."

"Pleasantly surprised by this find. Very attentive staff, we also had dinner here and found it to be very good. Hotel staff in restaurant/ reception and house keeping were very responsive. We checked out at 6:30 am and reception staff got breakfast boxes ready for us. Overall will recommend this for anyone "

"Excellent service by the front staff. I arrived 5 hrs earlier than check in time due to flight changes. Karthiga, the front desk executive managed to accomodate the room within an hour. Receiving was very warm , friendly and welcoming. Loved all the suggestions given by her for exploring the place and the heartful gesture of complimentary cake by her team while i was checking out. I would definitely choose this place for future stays. "
