"My room was neat, breakfast was good. Elegant place for Elite customers who seek a luxury staying experience. Staff was good, Chef Rama was interactive during my breakfast. Only downside is that I requested for a late check-out due to my itinerary timings but was denied giving the reason that the room is going to be occupied immediately after my departure which I'm not sure how true it is since they got plenty of rooms that they could've offered one of them to the next customer. "
