The lunchtime waitress in the bar/restaurant was incredibly lively & full of drive. She really made our day. Room good size, clean & adequate.

Lovely facilities and pool area

Fantastic resort with the wow factor. The lagoon pool was amazing and never too crowded. Beach front was great and we loved the tiki bar and beach games area. Our villa was perfect for a family of 5, well ladies our and a perfect base for our holiday.

Had a lovely stay at Bonefish. Lovely welcome and a lovely room. Was nice to also have access to to free kayaks to take out on the water. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect

Lovely location, gorgeous outlook & we loved the houseboat, everything you needed and all seemed very clean & new. Made use of the free bikes to go to Sombrero Beach for a well needed swim but nice to come back for a chilled evening on the houseboat. Jo wasn’t there when we arrived but keys left in arrivals box which was great a we were early. She was very friendly & helpful when we met her the next day.

This is the most amazing place. We had a wonderful short stay here. It's peaceful and very relaxing. I loved the pool!! We would certainly visit again.

The lodge was lovely, right on the water - we had a fun and relaxing stay. It had everything you might need for your stay, including toiletries and a hairdryer.

We’ve stayed before so knew what to expect. It’s a little gem. Hidden, but worth finding. The check in process was a bit stressful- they email you a few hours before check in with details. However, the email had gone into the junk mail folder so caused some confusion. The place was very, very clean. The views of the sea were breathtaking. We were made to feel very welcome… hence the return visit! I would recommend this place!

Was based in Miami on vacation but had planned a trip to the keys so chose Kingsale Resort for our overnight stay. Check in was a smooth and the lady behind the desk (apologies cannot remember her name) was super sweet and helpful and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Had great parking outside our room. Nice large room with two large beds and the cutest throws on them. Nice equipped kitchenette, large bathroom with wardorbe/frame and awesome large shower. We had a lovely stay at Lime Tree Bay! We even decided to book on an extra night as we loved it there, they have free use of paddle boards and kayaks and the location mid way down the keys is perfect.

We had a great stay at Hawks Cay! Staff are all lovely and helpful. We had an issue yesterday as towels were taken during housekeeping service but not replaced. I reported this to reception but unfortunately this was not followed up. Lady at reception was very kind this morning apologising.
