"It cannot get any Better than this Place. The room was spotless. The view was intense. The detail to the experience is twice over Disney. The Staff "Aida - went beyond what I have ever had in any hospitality environment" A+ - Lizzy & Gabby at 2am fulfilled my needs and beyond expectations. Payton took care of my family with security that was very appreciated. These 4 I would Hire/Recruit from universal in a heartbeat."

"My room was spotless and comfortable. I only stayed about ten hours so unfortunately I didn't get to use any of the resort amenities. Although I checked in online it still took over 20 minutes on property to get my key (this is actual time with a representative, not a line). I think I would stay here again if the opportunity was to present itself. "
