"Our family loved the water park- it was awesome! However we were a little disappointed that we felt like the room wasn't taken care of. For instance, we had no hand soap, no paper towels, and no wash cloths. The instructions we were given were to text a number to request these things, and I texted them several times with no response. The room was good- we loved the screened in balcony for our kiddos, the pool and the ice cream shop; however, we just felt some basic things in regards to our room were not taken care of."

"Rooms could have been cleaner but for a quick overnight stay due to flight cancellation it was fine. Front desk staff was amazing. "

"The ac in the room had issues it was not blowing cold. Probably is time to update them. We liked the location and it was clean. Need a tray to place Gerry on we had to put them in one of our beds."

"We had the best experience at this hotel. Our room was gulfside with an amazing view. The rooms are okay, you are definitely paying for the view and area not the room. The furniture is older but the room was cleaned daily. Walking distance from the Boardwalk and only a 15-20 minute drive to Destin. One downside was the parking fee, we paid $1,200 for 4 nights plus $15.00 per night parking and daily resort fees. I would've thought parking would be free being that you are already staying there but oh well. We had fun! We will 💯 be coming back. Thank you for the experience."
