Great alternative to a hotel.

We didn't utilize the pool. The view from our condo was breathtaking. So convenient, and very roomy. We loved our stay here and will probably return again. We spent most of our time in Eureka Springs, and it was a quick drive from our condo.

September Boat Trip

Very comfortable and convenient to Holiday Island Marina. Amazing views from many of the condos. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Units are always clean considering the age of the property. Grills are dated and pool could use some attention. Grass clippings were blown onto pool patio and left. Easy fix to clean up. Overall great value, we will be back and would recommend to others.

It was a beautiful property. The, not sure what they’re called so I’ll say cabin, cabin we stayed at was amazing. Great view with the large windows. The jacuzzi tub worked great. I highly recommend it.

I loved the amazing view of the lake through the large windows and the fact the it was far eniugh away from town to be very quiet but not too far thar it was inconvenient to go get groceries

Cute, great view and stocked with the basics as expected. I knew better, but simply forgot the first rule of a weekend condo - bring coffee and breakfast foods. Luckily, they had first morning coffee covered.

The view was amazing even though it rained all weekend.Excellent in place to just unwind and watch the 5 or so deer that run around the property.Beds are extremely firm and uncomfortable.couch was comfy.Could use some updates but still nice place to stay.The views are a 10.The rest was 7.5 so just because it could be spruced up a bit

Booked at the last minute for a quiet get-a-way. It was perfect. very close to Eureka Springs and Roaring River for extra activities. Cabin was beautiful and walking distance to fishing and the lake. I WILL be back.

It was close to Eureka Springs, but far enough to have peace and quiet. Employees were very helpful. Pool was amazing, clean and warm but not too warm for 95-100 degree days. The property is not new, but kept up well. Very clean and spacious. loved the view of Table Rock.

It is a time capsule from the 90s! The location is great relative to Eureka Springs and there is quick access to the lake. The staff were very nice and helpful. The downside is that everything is 30 years old. Not good for a pregnant wife due to the stairs and odors. Would be fun for kids.

Our stay at this property was disappointing and did not reflect what was advertised. The photos online appeared welcoming, but the reality showed extensive wear and neglect. Check-in was unprofessional — the attendant didn’t greet or assist us, only pointed toward a rack of envelopes and said, “It’s over there.” We were left to find our keys and figure out everything ourselves. Inside, the furnishings and fixtures were worn, chipped, and poorly maintained. The “resource guide” was a sparse notebook with minimal information, offering no real help with the property or local area. Cleanliness was below expectations, and several items showed long-term neglect. Most concerning was the complete lack of window coverings on the entire second floor, including the main bedroom. The windows directly faced the neighboring house, providing zero privacy day or night. We felt constantly exposed and uncomfortable, which made it hard to relax or rest properly. Overall, the listing photos and description were misleading, omitting the property’s deterioration and lack of basic privacy. For the price paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained space. Instead, we left disappointed and frustrated, and would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made.
