"Our stay was incredible! A special thank you to Jessie at Clockwork, who went out of her way to make our evening truly memorable. She was, without question, the highlight of our stay. Watching her craft specialty cocktails was a show in itself, and her exceptional service left a lasting impression. I will be candid: the service at Reign and The Library could use some attention. Both experiences fell below expectations due to a noticeable lack of attentiveness. That said, the quality of the food more than compensated for the service shortcomings, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will forever remember our stay at the Fairmont. Its rich history, elegance, and atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience and a memory we will cherish for years to come."

"A/C was down for 21 hours in 37 degree heat. The front desk kept telling us someone was on their way up but nobody came until several requests and 21 hours later. Maintenance had it back on with in minutes. Frustrating to pay $2000 to say at a hotel that brushes you off"

"great place to stay if you're travelling solo! i was staying in a all women dorm, and the room was very clean and well ventilated, which was definitely nice with this beginni of summer weather. the breakfast was very simple (bagels, cereals and/or apples and bananas), but it was quite nice to be able to munch a little bit for free in the morning :) well located and sound proof, there was a party across the street at a bar but i couldn't hear anything from my room!"

University of Toronto - Wilson Hall Residence

"This is a university dorm residence, the front desk was open 23 hours per day, check in was quick, was issued with an electronic key fob, there was also security in the. lobby area, needed the key fob to access room, elevator and bathrooms. Room was as expected, a single bed with pillow, closet, desk and chair, all very basic furnishings. Access to communal bathrooms for men or women, with individual shower curtain areas and toilet stalls. Check out was easy and luggage storage was offered. The front desk staff appear to be university students so don't expect professional hotel service, but they were nice and helpful. The residence floors also had access to a kitchen common room area with games tables, and kitchen appliances. I think this accomodation is fine if you go in clearly understanding it is literally student dorms. Location is great, just minutes from a streetcar stop."
