"Went to check in. Lobby closed and was supposed to check in across the road at motel 6. Got over there and according to her system the reservation was canceled. I didn’t cancel my stay. I had to redo my stay. It was late so it wouldn’t let me do the Friday night. Ended up having to stay at the motel 6 instead and it was disgusting"

We came down to catch the fireworks but were concerned about best place to view from. She recommended a quiet are that was close to the show. Wow!! We were sooo close with hardly anyone around us. It almost felt like we were having our own private show!! Give this lady a raise!!"
