"The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Streak of dirt on the bathroom wall. Generally an icky feeling. Couldn’t get the ac to turn off so we were freezing. Everything was set up nicely but it felt like the staff was doing all they could with a base that needs work. "

"Could have used more towels, room was good until the last night. Big roach came out the wall and loud kid jumping from the bed to the floor for a hour. Called and had it shut down. Other than that we love staying there. "
