The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and our room was attended to only once. The bed was the worst - hard, squeaky, could feel every spring, and very uncomfortable. It seems the property would do well to upgrade their mattresses. It was nice to be able to walk over to the Wharf to shop/eat. Overall I would not stay here again and would have preferred a hotel closer to Orange Beach with a comfier bed.

I booked the room at the last minute because my granddaughters had an event next door, and we found out it was extended by an extra day. I was thankful that I could get a room since it was so hot and we had to be out of our other place that morning. The Person at the reception desk tried to get me into our room early afternoon since check-in was not until 4 pm. Our room was not ready, but he invited us to use the pool or bring our luggage inside the lobby. The room was very clean, and the beds were soft. The buffet breakfast was great; they had everything you would want and kept things filled. We had the added bonus of seeing fireworks that night, and we only had to sit outside the front of the hotel. When we are in the area again, I would definitely stay again.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orange Beach was exceptional on all accounts. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and has wide variety of items that rotate throughout the week. Rooms were cleaned as soon as we left, so always perfect condition when return from activities. Staff was incredibly kind and professional. There is well equipped gym and large swimming area. There is great restaurant, Mile Marker 158, outside on the dock. Also, great shopping at the Wharf. Also, Dolphin and Sunset cruises departing from dock at hotel front area. Wonderful expereince!
