Long wait to check in - 20mins. Then waited another 20 mins to purchase some drinks a short time later. Worker at reception was very friendly & apologised for the wait, definitely could have benefited from another member of staff to help as she was very busy with hotel guests & the phone constantly ringing.
Room was for 3 people but sofa bed not made up, didn’t want to wait at reception again to ask for assistance so we used the sheets from the closet & made a bed up.

This is a very nice modern hotel, of a good standard. Room was well laid out, comfortable bed and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast options were ok, although the eggs and bacon were somewhat cold, otherwise breakfast was adequate. Will come back next time
