I had to go to the office to get, a hair dryer, ( suppose to be there according to the website) , bar soap for the shower, hangers, ( none in the room ) and a blanket. The bed was moderately comfortable, the entire room was dingy and in need of a redo. I have NO idea how anyone could have given a 10 in their review. Here's the part that made me kinda laugh: In the breakfast area, the bagels were all halfed and each half was wrapped in cellophane, then there was a sign that read , only 1 per guest, they're so cheap, they don't want to give guests a whole bagel. The employees, who as I said , were all fabulous, deserve a nicer place to work"
