"Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions."

"Our room with a view was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including thoughtful extras such as an iron and ironing board. The bed was comfortable, and the room provided a relaxing retreat after busy days exploring the city. We ate in the hotel bar on a couple of occasions and were impressed by both the service and the food. Service was prompt and friendly, and the portions were generous without compromising on quality. Parking is conveniently located directly at the hotel, making arrival and departure very easy, particularly if you have luggage. It's worth noting that parking costs £20 per day (a useful benefit is that guests may leave their car in the car park until 3 pm on the day of departure, despite checkout being at 11 am). There are less expensive parking options in the city centre, but these may be less convenient if you do not want to carry luggage through town. The hotel's location is one of its greatest strengths. Situated right by the waterfront, it is ideally placed for Liverpool's harbour, museums and other historical and cultural attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. A comfortable hotel, excellent staff, great location and very good service make this an easy recommendation for anyone visiting Liverpool."

"I’ve stayed here many times before. In my opinion this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my visits to Liverpool. It’s in a great location, not too far away from the city centre. Liverpool One is approximately a twenty minute walk away. It’s a nice walk along the dockside. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are friendly and really helpful. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and the facilities are spot on. We sat and had a drink in the bar area and within a few moments we had a member of the staff asking if he could get us any food or drinks and that he would bring them over. We had a couple of drinks before we made our way into the city centre. The staff were very polite and gave us enough time to finish our drinks before they approached us asking if we would like anything else. There are no negatives about this place. Nothing is too much for the staff and we are already planning our next stay at the Titanic Hotel."

"Daniel on the front desk was amazing, there was also a young lady who helped us with our air conditioning as we were having problems, she then went out of her way to bring us a fan and a bucket of ice for our drinks. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them. Daniel had me in stitches, absolutely cracking personality."
