Clean room, wonderful staff. The bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing to fully complain about. I did leave my Xmas cheese in the mini fridge (my fault)

Holiday Inn Express Albert Dock by IHG
I love the hotel as have stayed before but was very disappointed, I paid extra for a view of Albert Dock but due to the windows being so dirty you couldn’t enjoy the view so until they sort out the problem they have with the council don’t pay for the view
