Brilliant staff! Very helpful and pleasant. Hotel was basic but so was the price. Everything was clean. It's designed for a budget couple of nights stay and it's brilliant to do exactly that . Location to town is very walkable. Would definitely stay again. Free parking is a major bonus.

Toilet didn't flush properly, shower controls were really slow to react, it would go from freezing o boiling with little control.

We had a great stay. Room was clean and spacious. Towels and soap, shampoo etc included. Great kitchen with dishwasher. Tea towel and washing up liquid sponges provided. Holiday Inn Express Albert Dock by IHG
The room was clean but the bed was small. We were in a room with a great view of the Mersey but it was directly above a restaurant where there was loud music all night until 11pm. The hot breakfast station is quite small so there is a bit of a queue in the morning.
