"Was a little surprised to be charged for tap water in the bar, as well as a service charge. We were also nearly charged for some room service items that we had not ordered. Once advised, they did cancel, though left to feel that we were being dishonest. Did say on checking in that we would prefer to pay as we go for additions. Stayed at the hotel with family. They were provided with a welcome pack of goodies. We were not. Seemed a little inconsistent when we had both booked superior rooms. They also had a bath and shower and we had a walk in shower. Only difference being, who we had booked through? Negative niggles aside, this is a beautiful, clean hotel, great sized rooms, with helpful staff and an enjoyable breakfast."
