Very helpful staff but did not have support from maintenance re heating in the bedroom. Had to change room twice and the rooms should have been of a comfortable temperature when guests arrived.

Hyatt Centric Cambridge
Room was above the bar - so on a Friday night do not book room 101 - no sleep untill the very loud bar party finished after 10pm Good bed but very hard pillows . Very nice bar staff
