Ate in the new Terra restaurant and although food was very good, the menu was a little confusing as it didn't explain that the main courses were for 2 people. We ordered 2 of them and this far too much. One meal was mostly wasted which ( at these prices) was an expensive mistake."

"Very easy to park and the staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are comfortable but my only quibble is, despite No Smoking notices everywhere, there was a smell of stale smoke and the fire alarm was set off 4 times. Also i have stayed several times over the last 2 years and the lift is always out of order."

"Excellent stay! I took my partner for our engagement and it was so special. The staff were so important in ensuring our night was completely perfect. They upgraded our room with one with a balcony! Whilst going out of there way to decorate our room with complimentary champagne and chocolate treats, for our return back to the room after our evening meal in the fabulous leven restaurant! "Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. They are caring and fair and I wish them prosperous years a head."
