"Geothermal pool was a welcome addition. Breakfasts has many choices and food wad goo. Very classy. I would have preferred being closer to Izmir city, but transportation in and out of town was reasonable. Staff were very helpful with requests"

"I chose this for my 1st night in Turkey because of the thermal spa facilities. The pools saunas and jacuzzis were very nice although there is a surcharge to use them. My room was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was huge and a great introduction to Turkish breakfast."

"Great little gem of a hotel right outside Narlidere. Amazing breakfast, kind employees, and beautiful surroundings. A few things can be improved but nothing significant. For example, a trash can should be added to rooms. Also the location of the light switch outside the bathroom is a little tricky. Finally all the faucet hot/cold directions were wrong. However none of these were significant issues. So, five star overall!"

"I experienced wonderful service at all the hotels I stayed in in Turkey- 5 over 8 nights - but the friendliness & service of the staff at the Renaissance surpassed everyone. We were welcomed warmly, and there was atmosphere of genuine helpfulness. The breakfasts & restaurant staff were amazing. "Hotel is clean and is in a busy location with limited self parking; the hotel does offer valet style parking which their staff parks on the narrow street. The hotel itself is old and shows a bit of it's age. The rooms are clean and there is a good supply of linen. The breakfast is included and was okay. There are several food options all around the hotel. We had a little trouble finding this hotel as there was a round about on the main street which has 5 exits and we accidently took the wrong...

"The location was good for us and the room is spacious. However, the place needs some maintenance and there the room smelled a bit like cigarettes. They even had an ashtray in the room. There is some noise from the road and other rooms but not too bad."
