"Great riad. The staff was so helpful from check in to check out. They were knowledgeable of the area, and even ensured our safety by walking us to and from the main road and arranged taxis and excursions for us. The room was nice and cozy with basic amenities. The onsite restaurant was good, both upstairs and poolside. If I return to Marrakech, I'd definitely stay here again."

"A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! It was clearly a huge resort in previous times. Our hotel room was beautiful and two large single beds and a pool view was perfect! We both slept v well. Pools were lovely but the entertainment and the music can be loud at the main pool, we preferred the quieter pool. Hadn’t appreciated how much entertainment there was and it’s not something that bothers us but everyone seem to enjoy it! Food in buffet was excellent and always something delicious to eat - we didn’t bother to eat at à la carte restaurants which are a bus ride away but didn’t hear anything too positive about them anyway. Staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful!"

"Very helpful staff. Good AC, good hot water. Very close to the square. But very quiet at night. Walkable, many restaurents around this property and shopping places. Staff managed to keep this place very clean all the time. Not good place for the people with mobility issuses. Many steps to each floors and to eat the breakfast on the rooptop. No kettle in the room, no tea/coffeemaking facilities. No fridge also. No TV in the tooms or comman areas. Breakfast is adaquiate, may vary everyday."
