We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

Absolutely brilliant stay in Tokyo - the surrounding area is great with plenty of food and drink options. Not very touristy, and sitting in Shiba Park on an evening is a great way to wind down a day. The rest of Tokyo is easily accessible with nearby Metro Stops and further access through Hamamatsucho Station.
Cannot reccomend enough!

A very well located hotel, very close to Tokyu station and a short walk to lively Ginza district. Very clean, comfortable, well equipped room.
Ideal for a city centre stay

Lovely hotel near tube stations making it the perfect stay for our trip to Tokyo. Staff very respectful and helpful, as was everyone on Tokyo!
Would stay again

I am very happy with the stay at the hotel. Even the initial hotel room had some issues, they addressed it promptly, considerate and polite. I would be happy to return to this hotel again in the next future and recommend it to my friends.

Stayed here for access to the Shinkansen at Shinagawa. Very close to station and convenient. Room size was ok and comfortable. We left before breakfast. Would stay again for access to Shinagawa.

We had an amazing 7-night stay in this hotel. The location is great right near the train with a view of the tracks but miraculously absolutely silent in our room due to sound proofing. I loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
I was a little disappointed that there was no alternative milk offered at breakfast as I have a milk allergy, and the staff at breakfast weren’t very helpful in resolving this. In the end I wrote to the manager and she was so kind and...

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

The marketing of the Hotel included a swimming pool that was the reason i booked the Hotel in the first place. The swimming pool was not available until the last weekend of my stay.
The staff at the front desk were all very helpful trying to find alternative options for swimming, even though that was not possible.

Breathtaking view of Tokyo station tracks and moving trains if choosing a railway viewing room.
Reception staff are very professional and speak English well. Rooms are very clean with high standard amenities.
JR bus service provides direct return transport at 1500 Yen/Adult single trip to the station which directly connects to the hotel. Minimum efforts for travellers.
Abundant choice of restaurants and Daimaru department at the station are very handy.

My experience at this hotel went incredibly well. The location itself is highly convenient, and the attention to detail throughout the property was excellent, with the rooms being absolutely spotlessly clean.
The room itself was very well-designed, featuring a continuous airflow system that kept the space feeling fresh. All the essentials were thoughtfully provided, but my absolute favourite part had to be the sleeping kimono 👘 . After experiencing how incredibly comfortable it was, I am...
