I recently stayed at Effotel by Sayaji, Navi Mumbai for 2 days and had an exceptional experience. The service was prompt and professional, and the staff was courteous, well-trained, and always ready to help. The food quality exceeded expectations, offering both taste and variety. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. What truly stood out was the overall ambience – elegant, peaceful, and welcoming. Excellent hotel minutes from the airport. Facilities are good and dining options are excellent especially the Jamavar restaurant which is top rated.

Welcoming reception team and very clean room. Good to have a common area to relax in.

Nice modern 5 star business hotel, good for a break from the city but not close to old Mumbai and the sites

Welcoming reception, and very helpful staff when I had one problem with my keycard and one problem with taxi pickup that I had self arranged. Comfortable stay. Large selection of breakfast items. Next to a mall for all of your shopping needs, along with a few restaurants. Area not very exciting, mainly good for business trips or visiting family.

Great service, all the staff went the extra mile..

Check in was very smooth and efficient, and had a early check in which was very convenient. All the staff memebers were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Prathamesh. He was very helpfully and courteous. Would recommend.

One of the best

Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Relaxing hotel. We opted for superior room which was of decent size. Great location to go to the airport.

We have been in India for 3 weeks and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in

Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

Best place to stay in Mumbai

Top class service at a world class hotel, there is nothing to dislike about this fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai for making this trip so memorable.
