"We stayed in the family room. The bedding was spartan with some old blankets and thin bottom sheets. The shower didn't really produce hot water. There were no windows in the rooms, so they were quite dark and bone-chilling cold in December. We tried the home-cooked meal the first night and it was the worst food we had during our 3-week trip -- it tasted like it was made from a mix. This was definitely the worst place we stayed in India."

"The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."

We had a medical episode related to the property while at the property and everyone was super courteous and swung into action immediately. In adversity there are two paths for any business, turn that adversity into a positive experience or destroy the guest experience. This property did the former and very commendable. They all showed compassion, empathy and concern which is 80% of the battle. Special thanks to the GM Gagan Nagpal, F&B Manager, Chef and the entire front staff. All went beyond call of duty which is truly commendable. Will highly recommend this property. "
