"We booked two nights but checked out after one because the bathroom was in terrible condition, with hairs on towels, dirty floors and water leaking across the room. Despite raising this concern reception refused to move us to another room or offer a meaningful solution. The overall cleanliness and maintenance did not match the hotel’s advertised standard. On a positive note, the breakfast team were excellent, very polite and attentive, and the food service was the only highlight of our stay."

The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel on my own, and I lost the money I had already paid."
