Grand Forward Hotel
The Grand Forward Hotel is at the great location. It's near the subway station which makes travel easy. It's also close the shopping area. A lot of great restaurants nearby. The hotel staffs are great! I was greeted with nice smiles every day and they are very helpful if I have any questions.

The Grand Hotel
Hotel is beautiful. Some staff are friendlier than others. It was a little ways to walk to the pool, but shuttle is available between certain times. We didn’t try any restaurants. We used readily available taxi’s, so can’t comment on how the shuttles operated. It was a pleasant stay.

Stayed here two years in a row. Love it. Can’t beat the location, 1-2 minutes away from entrances to red and blue (5-7 min) MTR lines. Direct overpass connection to taipei 101. Other neighbourhoods around Banqiao
Zhonghe
Zhonghe is well liked for its mountain views and breweries. If you're hoping to get in some sightseeing, Zhong He Shengli Market and Global Mall are top spots, and you can jump on the metro at Qiaohe Station or Zhonghe Station to get around.
Wanhua
Visitors to Wanhua love its popular shops, and you can check out Lungshan Temple and Huaxi Street Night Market. If you want to see more in the area, you can get around town on the metro at Longshan Temple Station.
