We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. The room is clean and the shower room is spacious. The cleaning staff are friendly. Towels were changed and bed were made daily.

Overall an excellent hotel! Very well presented throughout, including the lobby, pool area and outdoor terrace bar. Our room was well equipped and came with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour. Breakfast lacked choice for my liking and could be improved, but overall would recommend and stay here again.

Staff were great, and a great location to use as a base for exploring HK

Room was clean. All staff are pleasant and friendly. I didn't have time to sample the bar. The gym was good.

Clean modern hotel with excellent service. Paid for premium room upgrade which had fantastic views over the harbour. Highly recommend.

Excellent as always! I wouldn't consider using another similarly priced hotel in Causeway Bay as Lanson Place is just the perfect place for a biz trip stay. No doubt you can get cheaper, but LP is the tops for style and comfort.

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

Gorgeous pool and great services and great size room

Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

The hotel is located off a busy road but that's good because its nice and quiet. We stayed on a higher floor but it was peaceful. The room was very clean and there were enough pillows to make yourself comfortable. The shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. It was great after a day out walking. The air purifier is a brilliant idea. Most of the time, you just need to have the air purifier and no air conditioning and it felts just as good. I would stay here again.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . We had an amazing welcome by Patrick who kindly notified us that we will have a little surprise in our room .
