"The staff was very helpful calling taxis for us. The hotel was busy, and my floor was loud. Some families allowing children to run the halls and people having full, loud conversations in the hallways at night. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji. "On a 5 star scale this apartment was a 10. Pinnacle of luxury with a true lake-front onsen and sauna, incredible views. They had thought of everything that we might need, including drinks and snacks. What an amazing property. Would love to stay here again and 100% highly recommend!"
