"We had a wonderful stay at Ten-yu. Our family absolutely loved the experience, it was incredibly relaxing, and the grounds were immaculate and peaceful to walk through. The food was fantastic, with a great variety of thoughtfully prepared options that made every meal enjoyable. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to unwind. Having a private onsen on the balcony was a highlight for our family. It allowed us to spend quality time together while relaxing in a serene setting. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ten-yu to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable stay."

The mountain view described for my room was a courtyard and the pictures of the private onsen did not match the reality. "Booked only for one night. Wished we would have booked for another stay. Beautiful property. Utilize the free shuttle available from the train station to the hotel. Don’t attempt to walk especially if carrying luggage as there are steep hills. You will be asked to remove your shoes before entering hotel so make sure you have decent socks on as this is a shoeless property."
