Great hotel and has rapidly become my favorite place to stay in Surabaya. Clean and spacious room, great location and I can’t complement the staff enough. All the hotel team were helpful, friendly and made the stay all the more enjoyable. Can’t recommend enough!

The architecture is simply the finest, the courtyards inside beautiful, the overall feeling everywhere priceless. Very welcoming hotel. Clean, spacious and wonderful staff. Food is good with plenty if choice for everyone. The gym is a bit dated but has enough equipment.

This hotel is a very nice and ex colonial hotel with vintage history appearance and a delicious breakfast and lovely swimming pool amd very helpful staff. My only minus is that there was no fridge in my hotel room and that the surrounding area around the hotek feels very unsafe at night but i cannot fault the hotel for this. All in all a positive experience.

Very new hotel in a great location part of Ciputra World mall. Everything seemed very nice except WI-Fi internet connection slow, and cell phone reception very poor in the building. Shower drain clogged but staff finally fixed it on the 2nd day. Hotel manager very helpful and I would consider staying again.
