"This is a great hotel to stay at right after arriving in Surabaya. The shuttle service from the airport was an absolute blessing to us as we were tired from over 30 hours of air travel. The rooms we had were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar was delicious and full of a variety of fruits, pastries and local cuisine. We highly recommend Swiss-Belinn to anyone and we hope to be back. "

This is my first review, but have stayed at this hotel several time and will always choose this one. If I need transit, this is the place for me. Room service is good. The menu limited but quite adequate for a hungry person. Plenty of eating places just outside the hotel. Price of a room is competitive, but the "twin beds" are big enough for two people.
