Dirty room and poor service

The first day when I checked-in my room was so dirty and I had to ask the front desk to give me different room. The second room was not any different. I finally had to call the housekeeping and asked them to clean it up. Even so, they did not do a good job. I had to point out to them (i.e. oily and smudges mirror, trash under the desk and bed, dirty closet, etc.). I literally had to wipe the shelves closet with paper towel and showed them that the paper towel turned black. I was there daily when they clean the room. It literally took them 5 minutes or less. They only changed the towels, restock soap/shampoo/shower cap, and broom the floor. When they broom the floor they did not even care to look under the desk and/or bed. There were three nights (around 10:30-11:00pm) I saw their staffs were laying down and sleeping in corner of the lobby sofas. Other than the front desk, many staffs were just standing/sitting around either using their hand-phone or talking to each other.

Noisy room but nice staff

The room is spacious. They are friendly and polite, although we can't ask for more pillow, coz they will charge for 25 idr for more pillow. We can't sleep in saturday night bcoz the road is very noisy and we can hear the sound very clearly on the room. We hear the sound of sirine, motorcylce all the night. And the next day we fixed the window so we can reduce the sound. I think they should change the window into patent glass so the sound from the road won't disturb us
