Lovely clean accommodation

On arrival the staff were fantastic, helpful and polite our room was spotless and the inclusive breakfast out of this world, easy parking and large pool and bar

A very clean hotel with lovely views. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Staff courtesy was excellent the room was due refurbishment after we left. Shuttle was frequent to other resorts and shops. One concern is that you are not allowed in the palace

Everything about the Lush is magnificent. We just spent 3 nights during the Easter break as part of our South African honeymoon and it was pure magic. From the rooms, to the lodge, the food to the lovely people that hosted us, Lush really exceeded our expectations. A big thanks to Gloria, Andrew, Prince and our awesome guide Des. We will definitely be back!

A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful location, superb service and unforgettable game drives. Luke, our ranger, made sure that he passed on his passion for the wildlife in the park and was also a superb host along with Shawn.

Just spot on. All the comforts of a good lodge surrounded by excellent game within several hours of Joburg and if you're lucky you can be charged by elephant and stalked by leopard at night, before retiring to the bar for a big G&T and prepping for the morning balloon ride. Very good food guarenteed to make you heavier than when you arrived. Staff throughout are efficient and lovely. Must do; the waterhole hide at the end of a 200m tunnel. Super place and will go back asap.

We upgraded to an executive room and had a fantastic ground floor room with un interrupted views to the watering hole .Room No.314. Well worth the extra. We saw monkeys, wilderbeast and warthogs around the lodge, but not much else, except for butterflies and a few birds. Lovely large outdoor pool area, water very cold though. We were half board and the food was excellent. Drinks very reasonable. We had 2 game drives included, one at 6.am and one at 4pm. We saw much more on the 6.00am drive,...

We had a fantastic night's stay at Bakubung. We had a quick tour of the park before check in and then went for a swim and had a braai. It really was stunning and had everything we needed - except firelighters, we had to go to a local village to get that. The staff were friendly and so helpful! Honestly an amazing stay, wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely beautiful place. We stayed in the villa andit was gorgeous, very clean and the plunge pool was an added bonus. Did the clay pigeon shooting, segway and game drive which were all great. Had an issue when a storm took out the power in our villa and we were moved to 3 chalets for our final night which were also beautiful Lovely peaceful place to stay. It felt very homely and welcoming

Having deliberated for some time wether to go with the herds at Sun City or one of the much more expensive lodges over that way we opted for the much smaller Black Rhino hoping for a more personal bush experience. Here is a small overview of our stay........ Lovely hotel- we arrived early from the UK and were allowed to check in very swiftly despite the official check-in time not being for many hours- The room was clean, beds comfy, staff attentive, pool lovely, and the added hippo walkway was also a big hit. We found it to be excellent value for money and would recommend it to all our friends
